دراسة تحليلية لفعالية سياسات استهداف التضخم دراسة حالة الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم فعالية سياسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر. ويسعى البنك المركزي من خلال هذه السياسة الى تحقيق هدف وحيد والمتمثل في الاستقرار العام للأسعار.وخلصت الدراسة الى صعوبة كبيرة في تطبيق سياسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر نظرا لعدم توفر الشروط الملائمة المتمثلة أساسا في استقلالية حقيقية للبنك المركزي وفي عدم تطور النظام النقدي ككل. لكن رغم ذلك أظهرت النتائج تحكم في معدلات التضخم خلال فترة 2016-2003نتيجة تطبيق سياسة استهداف التضخم.

This study aims to evalute the effectiveness of inflation targeting policy in Algeria. Through this policy¸the central bank seeks to achieve a single goal¸which is the general stability of prices.The concluded that it is very difficult to implement the inflation targeting policy in Algeria due to the lack of appropriate conditions represented mainly in the real independence of the central bank and the lack of developement of the monetary system as a whole. However¸the resalts showed control over inflation rates during the period 2003-2016 as a resalt of the implementation of the inflation targeting policy.
