عالجت الدراسة اثر التنويع الاقتصادي على معدل التضخم في الجزائر، والتي تغطي الفترة الممتدة بين 2000 و 2022، و هدفت الى استخراج علاقة طويل و قصير الأجل بين التنويع الاقتصادي و ومعدل التضخم معبر عنه ب مؤشر التنويع الاقتصادي INDEX GDP معبر عن التنويع، وقد أشارت النتائج التجريبية إلى .جود علاقة طردية طويلة الأجل بين التنويع الاقتصادي من جهة ومعدل التضخم ، لكن هذه العلاقة صعبة نتيجة اعتماد الاقتصاد الوطني على النفط كمورد رئيسي للدخل. فلابد من تفعيل القطاعات والتكامل بينها ل زيادة مساهمتها في الناتج المحلى الإجمالي .
Abstract
The study addressed the impact of economic diversification on the inflation rate in Algeria, covering the period between 2000 and 2022, and aimed to extract a long- and short-term relationship between economic diversification and the inflation rate, expressed by the economic diversification index (INDEX GDP), expressing diversification. The results indicated Experimental evidence indicates that there is a long-term positive relationship between economic diversification on the one hand and the inflation rate, but this relationship is difficult as a result of the national economy’s dependence on oil as a main source of income. The sectors must be activated and integrated between them to increase their contribution to the gross domestic product.
سلطة الادارة في انهاء العقد الاداري

تُعدّ العقود الإدارية من أهم الأعمال القانونية التي تصدرها الإدارة كامتياز يُمارس وفقًا للقانون. وهذا يعني احترام مبدأ سيادة القانون، ومن ثمّ سلطة
الجهة الإدارية في إنهاء العقد الإداري، وهو حق قانوني أصيل، سواء نُصّ عليه في بنود العقد أم لا.
ونجد أن الإدارة تمارس العديد من الامتيازات والصلاحيات من خلال تقديم الخدمات للجمهور ولصالحه،
وإن كانت سلطة إنهاء العقد الإداري بإرادة أحادية الجانب،
على الرغم من أهميتها لكونها من أقوى هذه الصلاحيات وأكثرها خطورة،
سواء كان ذلك بموجب توقيع المتعاقد أو إنهاء العقد لأسباب تتعلق بالمصلحة العامة،
إلا أن ممارسة هذه السلطة لها تبعات قانونية خطيرة
قد تؤدي إلى انتهاء مدة تعليق العقد و
حرمان المتعاقد من حقه في التعويض.

of public interest, However, the exercise of this authority has serious legal
implications that could lead to the expiration of the contractual suspension and
the contractor's entitlement to compensation
دور منتجات الهندسة المالية في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي للبنوك الإسلامية2022

البنوك الإسلامية هي مؤسسات مالية تحكمها أسس الشريعة الإسلامية، عرفت تطورا
كبيرا من خلال طبيعة عملها وجودة خدمتها، من خلال تبني صيغ تمويلية مناسبة وعقود و
منتجات مستحدثة في إطار الهندسة المالية التقليدية و الإسلامية.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد واب ارز دور منتجات الهندسة المالية في تعزيز الاستقرار
المالي للبنوك الإسلامية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي،
كما تناولنا الموضوع في جانبين، جانب نظري وآخر تطبيقي، فبالنسبة للجانب الأول فقد
حاولنا التعرض لمختلف جوانب التمويل الإسلامي، ومنتجات الهندسة المالية وكذا الاستقرار
المالي، أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي قمنا بدراسة ميدانية تطبيقية لبنك السلام تم فيها تقديم
بنك السلام الجزائري وكذلك تحليل وقياس الاستقرار المالي لبنك السلام الجزائري خلال الفترة

Islamic banks are financial institutions governed by the foundations of
Islamic Sharia, which have known a great development through the nature of their
work and the quality of their service, through the adoption of appropriate
financing formulas, contracts and products developed within the framework of
traditional and Islamic financial engineering.
Thisstudy aims to identify and highlight the role of financial engineering
products in enhancing the financial stability of Islamic banks. As well as financial
stability. As for the practical side, we conducted an applied field study of the
Salam Bank in which the Algerian Salam Bank was presented, as well as the
analysis and measurement of the financial stability of the Algerian Salam Bank
during the period2012-2020 using thez-score index.
