دور النظام المحاسبي المالي scfفي تحقيق متطلبات الإفصاح المحاسبي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

ـتهدف هـذه الدراسـة إلى إثبـات دور النظـام المحاسـبي المـالي في تحقيـق متطلبـات الإفصـاح المحاسـبي لمؤسسـات الاقتصـادية
و العمـل علـى جودتــه و مواءمتــه مــع مــا جــاءت بــه المنظمــات العالميـة مثــل : جمعيــة المحاســبين الأمــريكيين وكــذا المعهــد
الأمريكـي للمحاسـبين القـانونيين العمـوميين . والغايـة مـن هـذه الدراسـة هـي الوصـول إلى العلاقـة المباشـرة و المشـتركة بـين
متغيريهــا )النظــام المحاســبي المــالي الجديــد و الإفصــاح المحاســبي (. ومــن خــلال المراحــل الـتي مــررđ ʭــا في هــذه الدراســة تم
التوصل إلى أن إعداد التقارير المالية يعد من أهـم مقومـات النظـام المحاسـبي المـالي و هـذه الأخـيرة تعـد جـوهر وأسـاس قيـام
عملية الإفصاح المحاسبي.
وإذا مــا طبقــت المؤسســـات الاقتصــادية الإفصــاح المحاســبي في ظـــل ماجــاء بـــه النظــام المحاســبي المـــالي الجديــد SCFمــن
مقومات و فروض و مبادئ ، فستكون في أحسن الوضعيات المالية و أنجعها
Le résume:
Cette étude vise a prouver le rôle du système de comptabilité financière dans la
réalisation des exigences de divulgation des avocats dans les institutions économiques
et à travailler sur sa qualité et son adéquation avec ce que les organisation
internationales ont apporté. Le but de cette étude est de parvenir à la relation directe et
commune entre ses deux variables, et à partir des étapes que nous avons traversées, y
compris dans cette étude, il a été conclu que la préparation des états financières est
l’une des composantes les plus importantes du système de comptabilité financière et
que cette dernière est l’essence et la base du processus de divulgation comptable. Et si
les institutions économiques appliquent les informations comptables à la lumière des
composantes, hypothèses et principes du nouveau système de comptabilité financière,
elles seront dans les meilleures et les meilleures positions financières.

دور القيادة الإدارية في خلق الثقة التنظيمية لدى العاملين

هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر أبعاد القيادة الإدارية المتمثلة في ( القيادة الاستراتيجية، القيادة التحويلية، القيادة
التبادلية، القيادة التشاركية) على الثقة التنظيمية للمؤسسة، ولقد اختبرت الدراسة بالمركز العقاري بريزينة، وطبقت
على عينة مكونة من ( )83عاملا.
كما استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، كما اختبرت الفرضية الرئيسية والفرضيات الفرعية
من خلال العديد من الاساليب الاحصائية منها : المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد.
وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي) ،(SPSS. V20توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج من
أبرزها وجود أثر معنوي للقيادة الإدارية بأبعادها على الثقة التنظيمية لموظفي المركز العقاري، وبناءا على نتائج
الدراسة ، تم التقدم بالعديد من التوصيات التي من شانها تثمين نتائج الدراسة.
The study aimed to measure the effect of the dimensions of administrative leadership represented in
(strategic leadership, transformational leadership, reciprocal leadership, participatory leadership) on
the organizational trust of the institution.
The study also used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and tested the main and
subsidiary hypotheses through many statistical methods, including: arithmetic mean, standard
deviation, multiple regression analysis.
After analyzing the data using the statistical program (SPSS. V20), the study reached a number of
results, the most prominent of which is the presence of a significant effect of the administrative
leadership in its dimensions on the organizational confidence of the staff of the real estate center, and
based on the results of the study, many recommendations were made that would value the results of the
study
دور الصناعة في التنمية الاقتصادية -دراسة حالة الصناعة الثقيلة في الجزائر

تتناول هذه الدراسة واقع القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر في محاولة لـتسليط الضوء على موقعه بالنسبة للاقتصاد الوطني وأهم
الاستراتيجيات التي تواجه تطوير هذا القطاع ومساهمته في التنمية
وذلك من خلال تناول دور القطاع الصناعي الجزائري في التنمية الاقتصادية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الصناعي لا يزال يعاني من الركود و
النقص. وعلى مختلف مستوياته، يتسم بالهشاشة وضعف القدرة التنافسية،على الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة لتطويره، مما يؤكد
ضرورة مواصلة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية لكي يتمكن من المساهمة بشكل أكثر
فعالية في التنمية الاقتصادية للدولة.
This study deals with the reality of the industrial sector in Algeria in an attempt to
highlight its position in relation to the national economy and the most important
strategies facing the development of this sector and its contribution to development,
by addressing the role of the Algerian industrial sector in economic development, and
the study concluded that the industrial sector still suffers from stagnation and
shortage At its various levels, it is characterized by fragility and weak
competitiveness despite the efforts made by the state to develop it, which confirms
the need to continue economic reforms in order to be able to contribute more
effectively to the state's economic development.
دور التحليل المالي في اتخاذ قرار منح القرض

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التحليل المالي في عملية اتخاذ قرار منح القروض، وذلك من خلال التعرف
على الدور الذي يلعبه التحليل المالي في جمع البيانات المالية، معالجتها، وتوفير المعلومات المهمة عن طالب التمويل مما
يساعد في اتخاذ القرار.
وللتعمق أكثر في المووو وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والاجابة على التساؤلات قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في بنك
القرض الشعبي الجزائري -وكالة البيض-حيث تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
التحليل المالي وروري جدا لاتخاذ قرار منح القرض.
يستعمل بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري - CPAوكالة البيض- التحليل المالي بصفة جزئية حيث يستخدم فقط
مؤشرات التوازن المالي وبغض النظر عن النسب المالية باستثناء قدرة التمويل الذاتي
This study aims to highlight the importance of Financial Analysis in the
decision-making process to grant lonas, This is done by acknowledging the role
that Financiel Analysis plays in gathering and processing financial data, and
providing important information about the applicant for funding , which helps
in decision making.
In order to delve deeper into the topic and achieve the objectives of the study
and answer questions, we conducted a field study in the Algerian People's Loan
Bank -bayadh- Agency, where a set of results were made the most important of
which were:
Financial Analysis is very essential from the loan award decision.
The Algerian People's Loan Bank uses Financial Analysis partially, as it
uses only indicators of financial balance and regardless of Financial
ratios,with the exception of self-Financing capacity.

دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تحسين بعض المهارات الأساسية لكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ
الطور الثانوي.
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تحسين بعض المهارات
الأساسية لكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي واجرينا بحثنا على تلاميذ قسم النهائي لثانوية نعيمي
النعيمي ببلدية الغاسول ولاية البيض ، و إستخدم الطلبة الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وبالنظر لطبيعة
البحث و المنهج المستخدم تم إختيار العبنة بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة بحيث تم اختيار تلاميذ جميعا الا
التلاميذ المعفين من الرياضة و بنسبة قدرت ب 22بالمائة من المجتمع كاملا ، وقد إستعملنا أداة
الإستبيان لمعالجة نتائج البحث و بعد الحصول على النتائج التي عولجت إحصائيا بإستخدام المتوسط
بلتها
الحسابي ، المعامل الإرتباط لبيرسون و الإنح ارف المعياري و بعد التحليل و مناقشة النتائج و مقا
بالفرضيات تم التوصل الى اهم استنتاج : أن دور أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية سبه منعدم أي
يساهم بدرجة قليلة في تحسين المهارات لدي تلاميذ هذا الطور و انطلاقا من النتائج اقترح الطلبة
توفير لهؤلاء التلاميذ مختل وسائل الممارسة و مستلزماتها التي تعمل على تنمية و تطوير القدرات
البدنية و الرياضية.
The role of a professor of physical education and sports in improving
some basic skills of volleyball among secondary school pupils.
The study aimed to identify the role of the professor of physical
education and sports in improving some basic skills of volleyball among
secondary school students. We conducted our research on the students of the
final section of Naemi Naimi High School in the municipality of AlGhassoul, Al-Bayadh state. The research students used the descriptive
method. The game was done in a systematic, random manner, so that all
students were selected except for students exempted from sports, at a rate
estimated at 22 percent of the entire community, and we used the
questionnaire tool to treat the research results and after obtaining the results
that were statistically treated using the arithmetic mean, the correlation factor
of Pearson and the standard deviation and After the analysis and discussion of
the results and their interview with the hypotheses, the most important
conclusion was reached: that the role of the Professor of Physical Education
and Sports is null, meaning that it contributes to a small degree in improving
the skills of students of this stage and based on the results, the students
suggested providing these students with various methods of practice and its
requirements that work on Development of physical and athletic abilities.
