الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر ودوره في تحقيق النمو في الجزائر

Abstract

في ضوء التطورات التي يشهدها العالم،أصبحت الدول النامية أكثر اهتمامًا بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وجذبه تسعى الجزائر، كغيرها من الدول، إلى توفير بيئة أعمال مناسبة وجذابة له من خلال توجهها نحو اقتصاد السوق وتفعيل العديد من الإصلاحات، بهدف الاستفادة منه كعامل للنمو الاقتصادي، وله دور محوري في تغيير المسارات الاقتصادية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (1990-2021)، باستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي من خلال البيانات والإحصاءات السنوية، وخلصنا إلى أن دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر غير فعال في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. لذلك، يجب على الجزائر بذل جهود لجعل بيئة الأعمال محفزة ومناسبة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر

In light of the developments that the world is witnessing, developing countries have increased their interest in foreign direct investment and attracting it. Algeria, like other countries, seeks to provide a suitable and attractive business environment for it through its orientation towards a market economy and activating many reforms, with the aim of benefiting from it as an economic growth factor, and it has a key role in changing economic paths. This study aimed to show the role of foreign direct investment in achieving economic growth in the period (1990-2021), by using the descriptive analytical approach through annual data and statistics, we reached that the role of foreign direct investment is ineffective in achieving economic growth in Algeria. Therefore, the latter must devote efforts that would make the business environment stimulating and suitable for foreign direct investment.
