المقاولة الفلاحية كأداة لتنشيط القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المقاولة الفلاحية وإبراز دورها في تنشيط القطاع الفلاحي في ولاية البيض وهذا من خلال التطرق الى الوضعية الفلاحية في الولاية وحجم الإنتاجية بها، وكذا التعرف على أهم الخطط وسياسات الدعم التي تقدمها الدولة والإمكانيات التي تتوفر عليها الولاية والتي من شأنها ان تسير وتدعم المقاولة الفلاحية بها، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، مع استخدام أداة هي تحليل وتفسير النتائج من خلال الاعتماد على الاحصائيات الفلاحية المقدمة من طرف محل الدراسة الميدانية مديرية المصالح الفلاحية لولاية البيض. وقد توصلت دراستنا إلى أنه ورغم كون ولاية البيض ولاية فلاحية رعوية بامتياز وبالنظر إلى حجم مساحتها الفلاحية وكذا الشعب الإنتاجية الحيوانية والنباتية المهمة التي تميزها، إلا انه لا يتم استغلالها كاملة وبالشكل الأمثل، كما أن الولاية تسعى لتثمين الجهود والقدرات الفلاحية من اجل النهوض بالقطاع الفلاحي وتطويره من خلال العمل على تقديم التسهيلات التي تدعم المقاولات الفلاحية.

This study aimed to identify agricultural entrepreneurship and highlight its role in the activity of the agricultural sector in the state of El-Bayadh and this by addressing the agricultural situation in the state and the volume of productivity in it, as well as identifying the most important plans and support policies provided by the state and the capabilities available to the state, whichwould go and support the agricultural entrepreneurship in it, and for that was based on the descriptive analytical approach, with the use of a tool is the analysis and interpretation of the results by relying on statistics Agriculture submitted by the field study by the Directorate of Agricultural Services of the State of El Bayadh. The study concluded that the state of El-Bayadh is a pastoral agricultural state par excellence given the size of its agricultural area, but it’s not fully exploited, as well as the important animal and plant production divisions that distinguish it, and the state seeks to value agricultural efforts and capabilities in order to promote and develop the agricultural sector by working to provide facilities that support agricultural enterprises
