دور الهندسة المالية في الحد من مخاطر الاستثمار في المشتقات المالية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور الهندسة المالية في التقليل و الحد من مخاطر الاستثمار في المشتقات المالية والتي تتم بطرق وأساليب مختلفة وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم وتبسيط معطيات الدراسة وقد تم التوصل في نهاية هذه الدراسة الى عدة نتائج من بينها : -1تتمثل الهندسة المالية في مجموعة من الادوات و الوسائل للحد من المخاطر كما تم التطرق الى طرق وأساليب الحد من هاته المخاطر والتي بدورها تنقسم الى مخاطر نظامية و اخرى غير نظامية

This study aims to highlight the role of financial engineering in minimizing and limiting the risks of investing in financial derivatives, which are carried out in different ways and methods. In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach to understand and simplify the data of the study. At the end of this study, several results were reached, including: 1- Financial engineering is a set of tools and means to reduce risks Methods and methods for reducing these risks were also discussed, which in turn are divided into systemic and non-systemic risk
