دور السياسة النقدية في إستهداف التضخم دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال فترة :2013-2023

Abstract

الملخص :في هذه الدراسة، تم التطرق إلى سياسة النقدية ودورها في التحكم بالفعاليات الاقتصادية منخلال تغيير عرض النقود وت، والتي تهدف إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف مثل الاستقرار الاقتصادي والتوظيف الكامل وتحقيق التوازن في المدفوعات والنمو الاقتصادي. تستخدم السياسة النقدية أدوات مثل سعر الفائدة والاحتياطي القانوني وعمليات السوق المفتوحة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف و لمكافحة التضخم والحفاظ على استقرار أسعار السلع والخدمات تعتبران من أبرز أهداف السياسة النقدية، حيث يؤدي التضخم إلى انخفاض قيمة العملة وزيادة أسعار السلع والخدمات عموماً. وفي الجانب التطبيقي، تم استعراض السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة من عام 2013 إلى عام 2023، وتم إجراء تحليل إحصائي للسياسة النقدية وظاهرة التضخم في البلاد خلال هذه الفترة. أسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج تسمح بفحص صحة الفرضيات والوصول إلى اقتراحات وتوصيات تتعلق بهذا الموضوع.

abstract :In this study, monetary policy and its role in controlling economic activities through changing the money supply. It aims to achieve several goals such as economic stability, full employment, balance of payments, and economic growth. Monetary policy uses tools such as interest rates, legal reserves, and open market operations to achieve these objectives to Combating inflation and maintaining price stability of goods and services are among the key objectives of monetary policy, as inflation leads to a decrease in the value of currency and an increase in prices overall.In the practical aspect, the monetary policy in Algeria was reviewed during the period from 2013 to 2023, and a statistical analysis of monetary policy and inflation phenomenon in the country during this period was conducted. The study resulted in findings that allow examining the validity of hypotheses and reaching suggestions and recommendations related to this topic.
