التحول الرقمي في الخدمات المالية وتأثيره على لاقتصاد والسوق المالي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لقياس أثر التحول الرقمي في الخدمات المالية على السوق المالي والإقتصاد فبعد الجانب النظري الذي تم فيه التطرق لمفاهيم وعموميات حول التحول الرقمي وتأثيراته، تم في الفصل الثاني والذي هو الجانب التطبيقي قياس الأثر من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSSباستخدام عدد من المقاييس الإحصائية الوصفية وتم استخدام استبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات التي تلائم فرضيات الدراسة وتخدم أهدافها وقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنها توجد علاقة بين تطبيق التحول الرقمي في الخدمات المالية للمؤسسة واقتصادها حيث أنه يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على السوق المالي وعوائد المؤسسة الإقتصادية

The aim of the study was to measure the impact of digital transformation in financial services on the financial market and economy. After the theoretical aspect, which discussed concepts and generalities about digital transformation and its effects, in the second chapter, which is the applied aspect, the impact was measured using the statistical program SPSS by using a number of descriptive statistical measures. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information that fits the study's hypotheses and serves its objectives. Several results were reached, most importantly that there is a relationship between the implementation of digital transformation in financial services of an institution and its economy, as it has a positive impact on the financial market and the economic returns of the institution.
