فعالية السياسة النقدية في معالجة البطالة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث دور السياسة النقدية المطبقة في الجزائر في دعم العمالة. وقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، والمنهج التحليلي الذي حللنا من خلاله تطور معدلات البطالة باستخدام سلسلة من البيانات والجداول خلال الفترة من 2001 إلى 2023، والتي شهدت ارتفاعًا وانخفاضًا في معدلات البطالة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل فعالية السياسة النقدية في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة من خلال مجموعة من الأدوات التي تؤثر على ارتفاع أو انخفاض معدل البطالة. وقد خلصنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن للسياسة النقدية دورًا في التأثير على معدلات البطالة، إلا أنها تُعنى بتحقيق استقرار الأسعار كهدف أساسي لها أكثر من هدف توفير فرص العمل.

This study aims to study the role of the monetary policy applied in Algeria in supporting employment. In this study, we used the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the analytical approach through which we analyzed the rates of unemployment development using a series of data and tables during the period from 2001-2023, which witnessed The rise and fall in unemployment rates, in addition to analyzing the effectiveness of monetary policy in combating this phenomenon through a set of tools that affect the rise or fall of the unemployment rate. And we have concluded through this study that monetary policy has a role in influencing unemployment rates, but it is concerned with achieving stability in prices as a primary goal for it more than the goal of employment.
