الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري و دوره في إدارة المعرفة بالمؤسسة دراسة حالة مديرية التربية لولاية البيض

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري ودوره في إدارة المعرفة ،حيث تناولنا في هذا البحث دراسة حالة مديرية التربية لولاية البيض، وفق منهجية علمية، وذلك من خلال تحليل أراء عينة من موظفي مديرية التربية ( 86موظف) ، عن طريق الاستبيان الموزع عليهم ، كما انتهجت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية لاختبار فرضياتها؛ و من أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أنه يوجد اهتمام بالاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري وإدارة المعرفة معا للمديرية محل الدراسة، كما يلعب رأس المال الفكري دورا هاما في إدارة المعرفة بها؛ لذا يجب على المديرية تدعيم العلاقة بين الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري وإدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة مما يخدم المديرية والموظفين معا .

The study aims to highlight the investment in intellectual capital and its role in knowledge management. In this research, we examined a case study of the Ministry of Education in El Bayadh province using a scientific methodology, analyzing the opinions of a sample of employees (86 employees) through a distributed questionnaire. The study employed statistical methods to test its hypotheses. One of the main findings of the study is that there is an interest in investing in intellectual capital and knowledge management together in the studied institution. Intellectual capital plays a significant role in knowledge management; therefore, the institution should strengthen the relationship between investing in intellectual capital and knowledge management to benefit both the institution and the employees.
