العلاقة السببية والتكاملية بين التطور المالي والنمو الاقتصادي (1990م-2021م) بالجزائر

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة السببية والتكاملية بين التطور المالي والنمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990 إلى غاية 2021 والسبب لاختيارنا هاته الفترة بالذات لأنها شهدت تغيرات وتطورات كبيرة وكذا أزمات اقتصادية وتراجع في أسعار النفط وحروب أثرت على اقتصاد العالم بما فيهم اقتصاد الجزائر الذي عرف في هذه الفترة تذبذبات كبيرة ، وكانت نتائج هاته الدراسة هناك علاقة سببية بين النمو الاقتصادي والتطور المالي تشير إلى التأثير المتبادل بين العاملين فالتطور في القطاع المالي يساهم في تسهيل الحصول على التمويل، وتحسين تخصيص الموارد، وتنويع المخاطر، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة الاستثمارات والنمو الاقتصادي ، كما أن هناك علاقة تكميلية وتشير إلى أن التطور المالي والنمو الاقتصادي يعززان بعضهما البعض بطرق متنوعة:التنويع الاقتصادي: يساعد التطور المالي في تنويع الاقتصاد عن طريق تقديم التمويل للقطاعات غير التقليدية ، الاستقرار المالي: بيئة مالية مستقرة تعزز الثقة في الاقتصاد وتشجع الاستثمار الأجنبي والمحلي، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة الإنتاجية والنمو الاقتصادي. التطور المالي يساهم في بناء مؤسسات مالية قوية وقادرة على إدارة المخاطر بشكل فعّال، مما يعزز الاستقرار الاقتصادي.

The research aims to study the causal and complementary relationship between financial development and economic growth in Algeria in the period extending from 1990 to 2021. The reason we chose this particular period is because it witnessed major changes and developments, as well as economic crises, a decline in oil prices, and wars that affected the world economy, including the economy of Algeria, which was known During this period there were great fluctuations, and the results of this study showed that there is a causal relationship between economic growth and financial development indicating the mutual influence between the two workers. Development in the financial sector contributes to facilitating access to financing, improving the allocation of resources, and diversifying risks, which leads to increased investments and economic growth. There is also a complementary relationship that indicates that financial development and economic growth reinforce each other in various ways: Economic diversification: Financial development helps diversify the economy by providing financing to non-traditional sectors. Financial stability: A stable financial environment enhances confidence in the economy and encourages foreign and domestic investment. Which leads to increased productivity and economic growth. Financial development contributes to building strong financial institutions capable of managing risks effectively, which enhances economic stability.
