Abstract

يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول دور التميز التنظيمي في تحسين الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية -فرع بريزينة– وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه الى توزيع نسخ استبيان في المؤسسة التي تمت بها الدراسة واقتصرت دراستنا على عمال مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية مكونة من 63عامل من مختلف الاعمار ومستويات الوظيفية، وقد تم استخدام برنامج spss v28لمعالجة المعطيات وتحليل النتائج وتوصلنا الى ان التميز التنظيمي له دور فعال في تحسين الأداء المالي

The subject of our study revolves around the role of organizational excellence in improving the financial performance of the National Fund for Social Insurance CNAS Corporation - Prizina branch - and we have adopted in our study this to distribute copies of a questionnaire in the institution in which the study was conducted, and our study was limited to workers of the National Fund for Social Insurance CNAS consisting of 63 workers of different ages and job levels, the spss v28 program was used to process the data and analyze the results, and we concluded that organizational excellence has an effective role in improving financial performance
