Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة إشكالية أثر إدارة المعرفة على تطوير الموارد البشرية ضمن المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية تناول الدراسة جانب يضم مختلف الأدبيات النظرية الخاصة بالموضوع وبعد ما تمت الإجابة على الإشكالية نظريا تمت المحاولة للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تطبيقيا من خلال الانتقال إلى دراسة ميدانية لأحد القطاعات الاقتصادية ضمن ولاية البيض وهي مديرية توزيع الغاز والكهرباء، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كآدة للدراسة، ولمعالجة البيانات تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ،spss_v.22وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة على تطوير الموارد البشرية ضمن مدرية توزيع الغاز والكهرباء_البيض_ عند مستوى المعنوية .0.05

This study addresses the problem of the impact of knowledge management on the development of human resources within the economic institution, to answer this problem, the study dealt with an aspect that includes various theoretical literature on the subject, and after the problem was answered theoretically, an attempt was made to answer this problem in practice by moving to a field study of one of the economic sectors within the state of El-Bayadh, which is the Directorate of Gas and Electricity Distribution, where the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for the study, and to process the data, the statistical packages program for science was relied on. Social spss_v.22, and the study reached the conclusion that there is a statistically significant impact of knowledge management on the development of human resources within the Gas and Electricity Distribution Directorate _El.Bayadh_ at a moral level of 0.05.
