دور قطاع الخدمات في الاقتصاد دراسة حالة قطاع النقل في الجزائر

Abstract

إن الدور الذي يلعبه قطاع النقل على المستوى الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي و العمراني لكل دولة او إقليم لايمكن التغافل عنه أو التغاضي عنه ،فالنمو و الازدهار اصبح مقترنا في هذا القطاع الذي يشمل تاثيرات على جميع القطاعات72 الاخرى ، و بالتالي هناك إرتباط قوي بين الاقتصاد و قطاع النقل للبلد ، و ينعكس هذا كله في المساهمة الكبيرة التي يقدمها القطاع في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و في زيادة العوائد المالية للدوة سواء كان ذلك بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر يعني مستتر ، و تتجل و تتضح مساهمة قطاع النقل في القطاع الإقتصادي للدولة في أنه يساعدو بشكل فعال في ربط مناطق الإنتاج بمناطق الإستهلاك و في تأمين إنتقال الأفراد و نقل البضلئع من مناطق الإستثمار ، كما أنه يعتبر عاملا مساعدا في الإستغلال الموارد الطبيعية و خاصة معادن ...... و لا يمكن بأي حال التقليل من أهمية قطاع النقل في تشغيل الأيدي العاملة و توفير فرص العمل لشريحة كبيرة من السكان سواء كان هذا في مجال النقل ذاته أو في مجالات أخرى ترتبط به أو تتأثر به.
