دور القائد الاستراتيجي في ادارة المخاطر - دراسة حالة في مديرية اتصالات الجزائر

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة الصفات اللازمة للقائد الاستراتيجي ودورها في إدارة المخاطر في المؤسسات واستخدمنا في ذلك أسلوب و أدوات المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لمثل هذه البحوث ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات المستقلة (التفكير الاستراتيجي وتخطيط واخلاقيات العمل ونقل المعرفة) والمتغير التابع (إدارة المخاطر) تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعه على 34عينة على مستوى مديرية الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية باستخدام برنامج spss 25وتوصلت الدراسة الى أنه: • ينبغي للقائد الاستراتيجي ربط إدارة المخاطر بروح المبادرة والابتكار والتنظيم والتخطيط • مهام القادة الاست ارتيجيون هي إدارة المخاطر بكافة م ارحلها عن طريق التفكير الاست ارتيجي • إدارة المخاطر يعتبر القادة الاست ارتيجيون اهم عوامل لامتلاكهم مها ارت لازمة تجعلهم أكثر فعالية لتجاوز المخاطر داخل مؤسسات

The researeauch is to study the necessary skills for the strategic leader and its role in manging the risks using the descriptive and analytical approach appropriate for such research so that in order to test the hypotheses study and define the relationship between the independent variable (strategic thinking work ethics transfer knowledge)and the dependent variable (the risk management).the questionnaire was relied upon to collect data .(34)questionnaires were distributed in group of employees using the the (spss v25) program and using statistic methods.the study concluded the following :V • The strategic leader should link risk management with initiative, innovation, organization and planning. • The tasks of the strategic leaders are to manage risks in all its stages through strategic thinking. • Strategic leaders consider the Risk Management is the most important factors for having the necessary skills that make them more effective in overcoming risks within organizations.
