أثر قطاع الزراعة على تنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

منذ الاستقلال، شهد القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر تطوراً ملحوظاً، نظراً لأهميته البالغة في التنمية الاقتصادية، إذ يُسهم في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي، والحد من البطالة، وتنمية الصادرات، وتقليل الاعتماد على الاستيراد، لا سيما في مجال الغذاء. ونظراً للانخفاض الحالي في أسعار النفط، بات من الضروري البحث عن بدائل مناسبة لتعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني، وتشجيع الصادرات غير النفطية، وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي. تسعى هذه الورقة إلى تحليل واقع التنمية الزراعية في الجزائر، ومدى مساهمتها في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، وذلك من خلال تحليل المؤشرات المختلفة، وتحديد أوجه القصور التي تعاني منها، بهدف إيجاد الوسائل اللازمة لتطويرها.

Since independence, Algeria ' s agricultural sector has evolved significantly, given its great importance for economic development, as it contributes to self-sufficiency, unemployment alleviation, export development and the reduction of dependency on the outside, particularly in terms of food. Owing to the current decline in oil prices, it has become necessary to look for the necessary alternatives to promote the national economy, promote exports outside the fuels and achieve self-sufficiency. This paper seeks to analyse the reality of agricultural development in Algeria and the extent to which it contributes to the development of the national economy by analysing the various indicators and identifying the shortcomings that it suffers in order to find the means necessary for its development.
