النفقات العامة وعلاقتها بالنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع النفقات العامة وعلاقتها بالنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر باعتباره من المواضيع التي لاقت اهتماما كبيرا في السنوات الأخيرة وقد عززت الجزائر اهتمامها بالنمو الاقتصادي نظر لكونه يساهم في ضمان مستوى معيشي أفضل، ومن اجل ذلك طبقت عدة استراتيجيات تنموية تمثلت في برامج تنموية وسياسات إصلاحية قصد مواكبة حاجات المجتمع الجزائري معتمدة في ذلك على الانفراج المالي الذي شهدته نتيجة العوائد النفطية الإيجابية . وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر من خلال دراسة مسار السياسة الانفاقية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين معدلات النمو الاقتصادي . وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى ان هناكتأثير للنفقات العامة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر من خلال وجود علاقة طردية المتغيرين ، وعلاقة عكسية غير معنوية بين الإيرادات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي، اما عن العلاقة بين الموازنة العامة بالنمو الاقتصادي فهي علاقة طردية غير معنوية.

This research paper deals with the subject of public expenditures and their relationship to economic growth in Algeria as one of the topics that have received great attention in recent years Algeria has strengthened its interest in economic growth as it contributes to ensuring a better standard of living, and for that several development strategies have been applied represented in development programs and reform policies in order to keep pace with the needs of Algerian society, relying on the financial détente witnessed as a result of positive oil revenues. This study aims to clarify the nature of the relationship between public expenditures and economic growth in Algeria by studying the course of spending policy and the extent of its contribution to improving economic growth rates. This study concluded that there is an impact of public expenditures on economic growth in Algeria through the existence of a direct relationship of variables, and an inverse relationship is significant between public revenues and economic growth, while the Relationship between the public budget and economic growth is a direct relationship is significant.
