دور البنك العالمي في الحد من الفقر حالة منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا من 2000 إلى 2023

Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة الوقوف على دور البنك العالمي في مكافحة ظاهرة الفقر في الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا من سنة 2000 الى غاية سنة 2023 من خلال المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي توصلنا إلى وجود اختلاف في درجة الفقر بين هذه الدول، الامر الناجم عن اختلاف المستوى الاقتصادي. ولقد لعب البنك العالمي دورا في التخفيف من هذه الظاهرة من خلال منح والقروض المتلفة بالتعاون مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة من خلال مساعدة الدول الفقيرة والفقيرة جدا عن طريق قروض المشروعات وقروض البرامج.

This studyattempts to examine the role of the World Bank in combatingpoverty in the Middle East and North Africafrom 2000 to 2023 through a descriptive and analyticalapproach. Wefounddifferences in the level of povertyamongthese countries, stemmingfromeconomicdisparities. The World Bank has played a role in alleviatingthisphenomenonthroughgrants and concessionalloans in collaboration with the United Nations, assistingpoor and verypoor countries throughproject and program loans.
