الادارة الاستشفائية ودورها في اصلاحات القطاع الصحي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم مراحل التطور في النظام الصحي الجزائري. وقد تناولنا مختلف النجاحات والاختلالات التي شهدتها البلاد منذ الاستقلال، بدءًا من التطورات في الموارد البشرية والمالية والهياكل الأساسية، وصولًا إلى أحدث الإصلاحات التي تضمنت خريطة صحية جديدة وتحديث النظام الصحي في الجزائر. لذلك، سلطنا الضوء على إدارة مستشفى المؤسسة العامة في الأبيض السيديشيخ، كجزء من النظام الصحي، لتقديم تحليل لإدارة المستشفيات في المؤسسات العامة في ظل الإصلاحات الإدارية والأنشطة الصحية. وقد وجدنا أن دور إدارة المستشفى يكمن في ضمان الإدارة المستمرة لمختلف المصالح، بالإضافة إلى القرارات والإجراءات الإدارية المختلفة التي توفر البيئة المناسبة لجميع الأعمال لرعاية المرضى وتزويدهم بأفضل رعاية ممكنة.

This study aims to highlight the most important stages and development in Algeria’s health system. We have addressed the various successes and imbalances that the country has experienced since independence from developments in human financial resources and baseline structures to the most recent reforms containing a new health map and the modernization of the health system in Algeria. We have therefore highlighted the hospital management of the Public Hospital Institution in ElabyadSidishekh, as part of health system to provide an analysis of the hospital management in public hospital institutions under administrative reforms, and health activities. We have found that the role of the hospital Department lies in ensuring the continuous management of various interests. In addition to the various administrative decisions and actions that provide the right atmosphere for all works to care for patients and provide them with the best care as possible
