Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى تعريف مصطلح إدارة المعرفة، الذي يكتسب اهتمامًا متزايدًا في الوقت الراهن، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع المعرفة في المؤسسات الجزائرية، ومدى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في مركز نور بشير الجامعي - البيض. حيث تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول: ما هو واقع إدارة المعرفة في مركز نور بشير الجامعي - البيض؟ استُخدم المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، حيث تم ترسيخ المفاهيم النظرية، بينما استُخدم المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، باستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل نتائج الاستبيان، وبذلك تم التوصل إلى النتائج المرجوة من البحث. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المعرفة تتطور وتتجدد باستمرار بفضل المعرفة المخزنة سابقًا. تساهم عملية إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتحقيق نتائج جيدة للطلاب. يسعى الأساتذة وطلاب الجامعة إلى تطوير قدراتهم ومهاراتهم. لذا، نقترح ضرورة استغلال طاقات الشباب وقدراتهم المعرفية وتنميتها، وتكثيف الدورات التدريبية لاكتساب المعرفة وتطويرها المعرفة

This study mainly aims at defining the term knowledge management, which is gaining attention at the present time, as well as highlighting the reality of knowledge in Algerian institutions, and the extent to which knowledge management processes are applied in the Nour Bashir University Center - El-Beidh - where the problem of the study revolves around: What is the reality of knowledge management In the University Center Nour Bashir al-Bayed? The descriptive approach was used, in the theoretical side, where we rooted the theoretical concepts, and the analytical approach was used in the applied side, using the spss program to analyze the results of the questionnaire, and thus we reached the desired results of the research. The study concluded that knowledge is constantly evolving and renewed thanks to previously stored knowledge. The process of knowledge management contributes to improving the performance of teachers and to good achievement for students. Professors and university students seek to develop their abilities and skills. Therefore, we suggest the need to exploit young energies and cognitive abilities and develop them, and to multiply training courses to obtain and develop knowledge.
