دور الصكوك الاسلامية في تمويل الاقتصاد دراسة حالة ماليزيا

Abstract

تتمحور الدراسة التي قمنا بها حول الصكوك الإسلامية التي تعد من أبرز أدوات التمويل الاسلامي و التي لاقت اهتماما و انتشارا واسعا نظرا لنجاعتها وفعاليتها في تطوير الاقتصاد لما تملكه من خصائص ومزايا خاصة و أنها تتوافق و مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية ، حيث قمنا باستعراض بعض المفاهيم الخاصة بالصكوك كالمفهوم و الانواع وضوابط ومبادئ إصدار هذه الصكوك ...إلخ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة على وجه الخصوص إلى تقييم التجربة الماليزية في مجال إصدار الصكوك الإسلامية من خلال دراسة تحليلية لسوق الصكوك في ماليزيا، وفي الاخير قمنا بتبيان الدور الذي تلعبه الصكوك الاسلامية في انعاش الاقتصاد الماليزي.

The study we conducted focuses on Islamic sukuk which is one of the most prominent Islamic financing tools which has received wide attention and spread due to its efficiency and effectiveness in developing the economy because of its features and advantages, especially since it is compatible with the principles of Islamic sharia ، we presented the concepts of sukuk such as the concept , types , controls and principles of issuing these sukuks …etc. , This study aims in particular to evaluate the Malaysian experience in the field of issuing Islamic sukuks through an analytical study of the Malaysian sukuk market , Finally, we highlighted the role played by Islamic sukuks in reviving the ;Malaysian economy.
