دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل فاعلية التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ، وذلك من خلال تحليل آراء مسيرين عينة من مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر –البيض-، معتمدين على الاستبيان الذي حلل بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي spssوأساليب إحصائية متنوعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط ايجابي بين التكنولوجيا المالية بأبعادها( الخدمات الالكترونية ، الدفع الالكتروني) والأداء المالي للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أكدت العينة المبحوثة أن التكنولوجيا المالية بأدواتها المتطورة أداة مساهمة في تحسين الأداء المالي وبالتالي تسهيل معاملاتها المالية و ذلك بفضل التحول الرقمي ، لذلك وجب الإسراع في التعاقد مع الشركات للاستثمار في التكنولوجيا المالية وتدريب مسيري القطاع المعرفي.

The study aimed at analysing the effectiveness of financial technology fintech in improving the financial performance of the economic enterprise, by analysing the views of a sample from Algeria Communications Corporation (ECC), based on the questionnaire analysed by SPSS program and various statistical methods, we came to find a positive correlation between financial technology in its dimensions (e-service, electronic payment) and financial performance of the institution in question ، The sample researched also confirmed that financial technology with its modern instruments was a tool to contribute to improving financial performance, thereby facilitating their financial transactions as a result to digital transformation, so that companies should be contracted to invest in financial technology and train cognitive sector facilitators.
