دور صندوق الزكاة في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة صندوق الزكاة في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة بالتركيز على صندوق الزكاة لولاية سيدي بلعباس ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدارسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الزكاة فريضة مالية الإلزامية صندوق الزكاة من أهم أساليب التمويل الإسلامي غير الربحي في دعم المشاريع المصغرة يرجع ضعف مساهمة صندوق الزكاة لولاية سيدي بلعباس في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة إلى ضعف حصيلة الزكاة على مستوى الولاية وهذا راجع لعدة أسباب

The aim of this study is to find the extent of the Zakat Fund's contribution to the financing of small projects by focusing on the Zakat Fund of Sidi Belabas province. To that end, the analytical descriptive curriculum was used. The study found several results, the most important of which was that zakat is a compulsory financial requirement. The zakat fund is one of the most important methods of non-profit Islamic financing in support of small projects. The weak contribution of the zakat fund of the province of Sidi Belabas to the financing of micro-projects is due to the low yield of zakat at the state level.
