الرؤية التنموية للسياحة في الجزائر في ظل الاستراتيجية الجديدة وافاقها المستقبلية

Abstract

يُعتبر قطاع السياحة صناعةً قائمةً بذاتها، إذ يلعب دورًا هامًا في التنمية، حيث يعتمد عليه القطاع الاقتصادي للعديد من دول العالم، نظرًا لتأثيراته الإيجابية على قطاعات أخرى متنوعة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الاستراتيجية الجديدة للسياحة في الجزائر في ضوء الخطة الرئيسية لتطوير السياحة SDAT2030، والتي سعت الجزائر من خلالها إلى تطوير قطاع السياحة ليصبح مصدرًا للدخل الاقتصادي، وقد حققت نتائج، إلا أنها لا تزال ضعيفة نسبيًا مقارنةً بالإمكانيات الهائلة التي تتمتع بها الجزائر، وكذلك مقارنةً بالدول المجاورة. لذلك، يجب على الجهات المعنية إعادة النظر في المشكلات التي تواجه القطاع، والسعي الدؤوب للنهوض به، واعتماد سياسات سياحية جديدة تجعل من الجزائر وجهة سياحية بمعايير دولية.

Tourism is considered a self-contained industry, as it plays an important role in development, as the economic sector of many countries of the world depends on it, due to its positive effects on various other sectors. This study aims to evaluate the new strategy for tourism in Algeria in light of the SDAT2030 tourism development master plan, through which Algeria tried to develop the tourism sector to be a source of economic income, and it has achieved results, but it is somewhat weak compared to the enormous potential that Algeria abounds in, as well as compared to neighboring countries.Therefore, the concerned authorities must reconsider the problems facing the sector, try and try to advance it, and adopt new tourism policies that would make Algeria a tourist country with international standards.
