العوامل المؤثرة على انتاج القمح في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2019

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على إنتاج القمح في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2019، من خلال دراسة كمية باستخدام برنامج "EViews 10" لتحديد أهم العوامل المؤثرة على إنتاج القمح في الجزائر، وذلك بتحديد العقبات الرئيسية التي أعاقت تطوير هذا القطاع، بالإضافة إلى فهم الآليات المتاحة في هذا القطاع لتفعيلها لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر، وخاصة إنتاج القمح في الجزائر، غير قادر على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وأن أبرز العوامل التي تؤثر على إنتاج القمح في الجزائر، والتي لها علاقة إيجابية بإنتاج القمح، هي المساحة المزروعة، ومعدل هطول الأمطار، والآلات الزراعية، بينما العوامل ذات العلاقة السلبية هي القوى العاملة.

This study aims to identify the factors affecting wheat production in Algeria during the period 1990-2019، through a quantitative study using the "EViews 10" software، in order to determine the most important factors influencing wheat production in Algeria، by identifying the main obstacles that have hindered the development of this sector، in addition to understanding the mechanisms available in this sector in order to activate them to achieve the desired results. The study concluded that the agricultural sector in Algeria، especially wheat production، is unable to achieve food security، and that the most prominent factors affecting wheat production in Algeria، which have a positive relationship with wheat production، are the cultivated area، rainfall، and agricultural machinery، while the factors with a negative relationship are the labor force.
