الادارة التشاركية و دورها في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية 2023-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تطبيق مبادئ الإدارة التشاركية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وكذلك معرفة مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية العامة ببلدية البيض بهذه المبادئ، وتأثير ذلك على تحقيق وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لتوضيح الجوانب النظرية والميدانية للدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لتحليل عينة الدراسة المكونة من 100 موظف من بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية العامة، ولتحليل البيانات، تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS25)، والذي اعتمد من خلاله على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، مثل المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن الإدارة التشاركية لها دور فعال وإيجابي في تعزيز أبعاد الميزة التنافسية.

This study aims to highlight the importance of appleying the principles of participatory management in the economic institution, and also to see extent of commitment generality economic institutions to the municipality el bayadh with these principles and its impact on achieving and enhancing competitive advantage. To reach the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were used to clarify the theoretical and field aspects of the study, and the questionnaire was relied upon to analyze the study sample of 100 employees from some generality economic institutions, and for data analysis, the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS25) program was used, which Through it, a set of statistical methods were relied upon, such as arithmetic averages and deviations. The results of the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that participatory management has an effective and positive role in enhancing the dimensions of competitive advantage.
