Abstract

يحظى مصطلح القيادة الاستراتيجية ومصطلح النمو بشكل عام في الآونة الأخيرة باهتمام كبير من طرف المنظمات والباحثين في شتى المجالات علا اختلاف نشاطهم وأهدافهم وعملياتهم. وتعد القيادة الاستراتيجية أحد الدعائم الرئيسية لعملية نمو المؤسسات وهو من أكثر الأدوات استعمالا وفعالية لأنه يهيئ الظروف اللازمة للمؤسسة لنجاحها ومساعدتها على البقاء والنمو والاستمرارية فالقيادة الاستراتيجية ونمو المؤسسة أمران ضروريان لا تستطيع المؤسسة الاستغناء عنهم لأن النجاح والكفاءة والفعالية لا تستطيع المؤسسة تحقيقهم إلا عن طريق المصطلحين سالفي الذكر. فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي تناولنا أبعاد (التسيير الاستراتيجي التفكير الاستراتيجي القرارات الاستراتيجية الشخصية الاستراتيجية) وعلاقتهم بنمو المؤسسة ولمعرفة هذه الأخيرة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية البيض، وبناء على النتائج المتوصل إليها قمنا بوضع أراء واقتراحات ندعو من خلالها إلى المزيد من التعمق من الأبحاث

The term strategic leadership and the term growth in general have recently received great attention from organizations and researchers in various fields regardless of their activity, goals and operations. Strategic leadership is one of the main pillars of the process of institutional growth and is one of the most used and effective tools because it creates the necessary conditions for the institution for its success and help it to survive, grow and continue, strategic leadership and the growth of the institution are necessary that the institution cannot do without them because success, efficiency and effectiveness can not be achieved by the institution only through the two terms mentioned above.
