Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية في استحداث مناصب الشغل و التقليل من البطالة، و المرافقة التي تقدمها إلى المستثمر من أجل تشجيعه وتحفيزه على إنشاء مؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، و من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة حالة للوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ولاية البيض، و تحليل الإحصائيات في الفترة الممتدة ما بين ،0200-0222والتي عكست جهود الوكالة في الحفاظ و استقطاب المستثمرين و المؤسسات الناشئة، فساهمت بشكل كبير في استحداث مناصب الشغل في الجزائر

This study aims to shed light on the role of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (ANADE) in creating job positions and reducing unemployment, and the support it provides to the investor in order to encourage and motivate him to establish small and medium enterprises. In order to achieve this goal, we studied a case of the National Agency, for Support And the development of entrepreneurship in the state of El-Baydh and the analysis of statistics in the period between 2000-2022, whichre flected the agency’s efforts to preserve and attract investors and emerging institutions, It contributed greatly to the creation of jobs in Algeria
