Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور المرافقة في تفعيل روح المبادرة والروح المقاولاتية لدى طلاب الجامعة، في السابق كان خريجي الجامعة يبحثون عن فرص عمل، ولكن الآن أصبحوا هم من يقدمون فرص العمل، بحيث يتم تحقيق ذلك عن طريق دمج ثقافة المقاولاتية في برامج وأنشطة المرافقة، حيث يتمكن الطلاب من اكتساب مجموعة متنوعة من المهارات المهنية والتقنية والإدارية والشخصية، وكذلك التعرض للتحديات وتطوير التصرفات الملائمة، يتم تنمية الروح المقاولاتية من خلال تشجيع المبادرة والمخاطرة، ونشر ثقافة العمل الحر، ويتم تعزيز ذلك عن طريق إنشاء مؤسسات مثل دار المقاولاتية في الجامعة لتعزيز هذه القيم والتطلعات، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة تتكون من طلاب المركز الجامعي نور البشير – البيض، ومن ثم معالجة المعطيات المتحصل عليها باستعمال طريقة التحليل ببرنامج SPSSوقد خلصت الدراسة على تحقق الفرضية الفرعية الأولى التي تنص على أنه يوجد دور للمقومات الشخصية في تفعيل روح المقاولاتية بالإضافة إلى تحقق الفرضية الفرعية الثانية التي تنص على أنه يوجد دور المقومات البيئة في تفعيل روح المقاولاتيةأما بالنسبة للفرضية الثالثة لم تحقق والتي تنص على مساهمة أجهزة المرافقة في تفعيل روح المقاولاتية لدى طلبة المركز الجامعي نور البشير

This study aims to explore the role of accompaniment in activating the entrepreneurial spirit and the entrepreneurial spirit of university students. In the past, university graduates were looking for job opportunities, but now they are the ones providing job opportunities. This is achieved by integrating the culture of entrepreneurship in accompaniment programs and activities. Where students are able to acquire a variety of professional, technical, administrative and personal skills, as well as exposure to challenges and the development of appropriate behavior, the entrepreneurial spirit is developed by encouraging initiative and risk, and spreading the culture of self-employment. Values and aspirations, where we conducted a field study on a sample consisting of students of the University CenterNour Al-Bashir - El bayadh, and then processed the obtained data using the analysis method in the SPSS program. In addition to the realization of the second sub-hypothesis, which states that there is a role for the environmental components in activating the spirit of entrepreneurship. As for the third hypothesis, it has not been verified, which states that the accompanying devices contribute to activating the spirit of entrepreneurship among the students of the University Center, Noor Al-Bashir.
