Abstract

الهدف من دراستنا هو تحليل دوروأهمية الرقابة المصرفية في تفعيلأداء البنوك التجاريةباعتبار الرقابة المصرفية والأداءالبنكي وظيفتين مكملتين لتخطيط وتنظيم أي عمل مصرفي والحفاظ على سلامة المراكز المالية للبنوك، وحماية حقوق المودعين حيثأن الرقابة المصرفية عملية مهمة في أي بنك فهي تسعى إلى تنفيذ ومتابعة الخطط بشكل جيد مع توجيه صحيح وتمنع الوقوع في المخاطر. توصلت دراستنا إلى إن الرقابة المصرفية وتقييم الأداءعمليتان تساهم في تحقيق الاستقرار والسلامة في النظام المصرفي والمالي ككل وخاصة في ظل التطورات الراهنة وتفشي الأزمات المالية والمصرفية حيث قامت لجنة بازل بإصدار مبادئ للرقابة المصرفية الفعالة تهدف إلى مواجهة مختلف المخاطر التي تهدد نشاط البنك وتأكيد أهميتها في المجال المصرفي. وأيضا معرفة تقييم الأداء البنكي لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية خلال ثلاث سنوات حيث حاولنا استعراض مفاهيم المتعلقة بتقييم الأداء المصرفي وكيفية قياسه بمختلف مؤشراته حيث أن تقييم الأداء من قبل البنك يتيح له إمكانية رفع وتحسين مستوى الأداء.

The aim of this study is s to analyze the role and importance of banking control in activating the performance of commercial banks. Banking control and bank performance are complementary functions to plan and organize any banking business, safeguard the integrity of banks' financial centres and protect the rights of depositors. Banking control is an important process in any bank. It seeks to implement and follow up plans well with proper guidance and prevent risk. Our study found that banking oversight and performance appraisal are processes that contribute to the stability and safety of the banking and financial system as a whole, especially in the light of current developments and the prevalence of financial and banking crises. The Basel Committee issued principles for effective banking oversight aimed at addressing the various risks that threaten the bank's activity and emphasizing its importance in the banking field.
