الوظيفة المالية ووسائل تمويل المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز فرع البيض

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين دور الوظيفة المالية ووسائل التمويل في تنشيط وتنويع الإستثمار في المؤسسة الإقتصادية وذلك من خلال معرفة أهم المصادر التمويلية التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة الإقتصادية أو تميل إليها لتحقيق أهدافها، مع تسليط الضوء على الوظيفة المالية بإعتبارها العصب الأساسي في ديمومة حياة المؤسسة لأنها تهدف إلى البحث عن الموارد المالية الضرورية لتحقيق أهداف المشروع بكفاءة إنتاجية عالية، حيث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الفصل النظري المتمثل في دراسة وسائل التمويل والوظيفة المالية للمؤسسةالإقتصادية، أما المنهج التحليلي ثم الإعتماد على الدراسة التحليلة لمختلف مؤشرات التوازن المالي و النسب المالية فإخترنا المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز فرع البيض كحالة دراسة للفترة الممتدة من 2018 إلى 2022 حيث إتضح لنا أن مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع البيض تعتمد على التنويع في مصادرها التمويلية .

This study aimed to clarify the role of financial function and financing methods in activating and diversifying investment in economic enterprises by identifying the most important sources of financing relied upon or leaned towards by the economic enterprise to achieve its goals. It highlights the financial function as the backbone of the enterprise's sustainability because it seeks the necessary financial resources to achieve project goals with high productivity efficiency. We relied on the descriptive method in the theoretical chapter, which involves studying financing methods and the financial function of the economic enterprise. As for the analytical method, we relied on the analytical study of various financial balance indicators and ratios, choosing the National Electricity and Gas Company, Béjaia branch, as a case study for the period from 2018 to 2022. It became evident to us that Sonelgaz Béjaia branch relies on diversification in its sources of financing.
