Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم وتحليل القطاع الخاص ودوره في التنويع الاقتصادي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتغطية مختلف جوانب هذا الموضوع، وفقًا للمنهجية التالية: أولًا: الإطار النظري للقطاع الخاص والتنويع الاقتصادي، ثانيًا: دور القطاع الخاص في التنويع الاقتصادي: دراسة حالة الجزائر 2000-2020. خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري، الذي يعتمد على قطاع النفط والغاز، إذ يجب عليه الخروج من دائرة الريع، وإنشاء قطاعات اقتصادية قوية قادرة على المنافسة، وذلك من خلال تشجيع الاستثمارات خارج قطاع النفط والغاز.

The study aims to assess and analyze the private sector and its role in economic diversification. In this study, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon to cover the various aspects of this topic, according to the following methodology: First: The theoretical framework on the private sector and economic diversification, Second: The role of the private sector in economic diversification the case of Algeria 2000/2020. The study concluded the need to diversify the Algerian economy, which depends on the hydrocarbon sector, as it must get out of the cycle of rents and create strong economic sectors capable of competition, by encouraging investments outside the hydrocarbons.
