Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة حاضنات الأعمال وأهميتها ودورها في إنشاء الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين ، وتعتبر بيئة ملائمة لدعم الشركات الناشئة وتطوير الأعمال الريادية ، كما توفر للطلاب الجامعيين فرص لتحويل أفكارهم ومشاريعهم إلى شركات ناجحة وتساعدهم على تطوير مهاراتهم الريادية ،وتساهم في تعزيز الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطلاب وتشجيعهم على تحويل أفكارهم إلى أعمال ناجحة في المستقبل ، تكون حاضنات الأعمال نقطة انطلاق مهمة للطلاب الجامعيين الطموحين الذين يسعون لبناء مستقبلهم المهني في مجال ريادة الأعمال ، وخلصت النتيجة أن حاضنات الأعمال توفر الدعم الفني والاستشاري والمالي للطلاب الجامعيين لتحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع استثمارية ناجحة، وتوصي الدراسة على إقامة حاضنات وإعطاء الأولوية للمشاريع القادرة على النمو .

This study aims to know business incubators, their importance, global experiences, and their role In creating entrepreneurial thought among university students. It is considered an appropriate environment for supporting emerging companies and developing entrepreneurial businesses. It also provides university students with opportunities to transform their ideas and projects into successful companies, helps them develop their entrepreneurial skills, and contributes to strengthening thought. Entrepreneurship among students and encourage them to transform their ideas into successful businesses in the future. Business incubators are an important starting point for ambitious university students who seek to build their future careers in the field of entrepreneurship. The result was that business incubators provide technical, advisory and financial support to university students to transform their ideas into successful business projects. The study recommends establishing incubators and giving priority to projects capable of growth.
