الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر 2000-2022

Abstract

ينطوي الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على مزايا تحفز النمو الاقتصادي من خلال تنمية قطاع التصدير في البلدان النامية، بما في ذلك الجزائر. وقد أعطى هذا الاستثمار دفعة قوية لعملية التكامل، باعتباره أحد مصادر تدفق رؤوس الأموال. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (2000-2022) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) لتحديد طبيعة العلاقة في الأجلين الطويل والقصير. وتُظهر النتائج وجود أثر سلبي للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي، نظراً لتركز استثمارات المستثمرين الأجانب كلياً في قطاع النفط.

Foreign direct investment has advantages that stimulate economic growth through the development of the export industry of developing countries, including Algeria. This investment has given an important impetus to the integration process as it is one of the sources of capital flow. This study aims to measure the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth during the period (2000-2022) by using the autoregressive model (ARDL) to determine the relationship in the long and short term. The results show the negative impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth based entirely onthe oil sector by foreign investors.
