الحمض النووي التنظيمي و الصحة التنظيمية - دراسة حالة مديرية الصحة والسكان_ البيض

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد أثر كروموسومات الحمض النووي التنظيمي على الصحة التنظيمية، ولدراسة واقع الصحة التنظيمية استنادا الى الجينات التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديرية الصحة وبعض المؤسسات التابعة لها لولاية البيض تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 130موظف تم استرداد منها 119عينة بنسبة استجابة قدرها % 92 .بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات واستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS V 27باستخدام التحليل التمييزي تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمكونات الحمض النووي التنظيمي على الصحة التنظيمية لمديرية الصحة والمؤسسات التابعة لها بالنسبة لاتخاذ القرار و الهيكل التنظيمي . وأظهرت كذلك على عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمكونات الحمض النووي التنظيمي على الصحة التنظيمية للمؤسسة المدروسة فيما يخص المعلومات والمحفزات. تم استخلاص أن مديرية الصحة لولاية البيض من المنظمات غير الصحية التي تعاني من افتقار لمكونات الجينات التنظيمية "المحفزات، المعلومات" مما يدل في انها مؤسسة سلبية عدوانية، لقد تم طرح مجموعة من التوصيات الاهتمام بالسمات الوراثية لمديرية الصحة والمؤسسات التابعة لها بشكل أكبر.
