Abstract

خلصت الدراسة إلى أن حاضنات الأعمال تلعب دورًا هامًا في دعم وتطوير الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إذ توفر لها الدعم الفني والمالي والتدريبي اللازم لتحسين أدائها وتطوير منتجاتها وخدماتها. كما تساعد الحاضنات في توسيع شبكاتها الاجتماعية، وتطوير مهاراتها الإدارية والتسويقية، ومنحها إمكانية الوصول إلى أسواق جديدة وعملاء محتملين. ومن خلال تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح الحاضنات، خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها، وتوفير الدعم المالي الكافي لها، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون بين الحاضنات والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تستضيفها.

The study concluded that business incubators play an important role in the support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as they provide them with the technical, financial and training support necessary to improve their performance and develop their products and services. .
