دور القيادة التشاركية في اتخاذ القرار المالي دراسة حالة -مديرية التجارة ولاية البيض

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور القيادة التشاركية في اتخاذ القرار المالي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من العاملين بمديرية التجارة ولاية البيض عددها 04موظفا، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي وجمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال الملاحظة و الاستبانة وقد تم التحليل باستخدام برنامج الاحصائي .spss25 توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان ممارسة القيادة التشاركية في مديرية التجارة يتوفر بنسبة مرتفعة بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير إيجابية بين القيادة التشاركية بأبعادها ( تفويض السلطة، مشاركة المعلومات، العلاقات الإنسانية ) و اتخاذ القرار المالي، أي كلما زاد ممارسة النمط التشاركي كلما تحسن أداء الموظفين مما يساهم في تحسين جودة و فعالية القرارات.

The current study aims to identify the role of participatory leadership in the financial decision-making process, where the study sample consists of employees at the Directorate of Commerce in the State of El-Bayadh, with a total of 40 employees. The researchers used the descriptive approach and collected field data through observation and questionnaire and analyzed it using the SPSS25 statistical program. The study achieved a number of results, the most important of which is that the practice of participatory leadership in the Directorate of Commerce is available at a high rate, in addition to the existence of a relationship of a positive influence between participatory leadership in its dimensions (delegation of authority, information sharing, human relations) and the financial decisionmaking process, that is, the more the practice of the participatory style, the better the performance of employees, which contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of decisions.
