دور القیادة التحویلیة في تعزیز الأداء المالي للبنوك

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ارسة إلى التعرف على دور القیادة التحویلیة في تعزیز الأداء المالي للبنـوك، حیـث تـم إجـ ارء بحـث اسـتطلاعي لآ ارء عینـة مـن عمـلاء القـرض الشـعبي الج ازئـري وكالـة البـیض، وتوضـیح العلاقة بین أبعاد القیادة التحویلیة والمتمثلة في) الحافز الإلهامي، الاسـتثارة الفكریـة، الاعتبـا ارت الفردیـة، التأثیر المثالي(، والأداء المالي. وقـد اعمـد ت الد ارسـة علـى ثلاثـة منـاهج فـي معالجـة الموضـوع وهـي المـنهج الوصـفي والتحلیلـي ومنهج د ارسة حالة، وتم الاعتمـاد علـى الاسـتبیان كـأداة لجمـع المعلومـات مـن أفـ ارد العینـة والبـالغ عـددهم 70فردا. وقـد توصـلت الد ارسـة إلـى مجموعـة مـن النتـائج مـن أهمهـا توجـد علاقـة تـأثیر بـین دور القیـادة التحویلیـة فـي تحقیـق الأداء المـالي للبنـوك ذات دلالـة إحصـائیة، كمـا توجـد علاقـة تـأثیر للأبعـاد القیـادة التحویلیة على الأداء المالي حیث كانت قوة الارتباط لهذا أبعاد مرتفعة وقویة قاربت

This study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the financial performance of banks, where a survey was conducted for the opinions of a sample of customers of the Algerian People's Loan Agency El-Bayadh, and to clarify the relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership represented in (inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations, ideal influence ), and financial performance. The study relied on three approaches in addressing the subject, namely the descriptive and analytical approach and a case study approach. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting information from the 70 sample members. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is an impact relationship between the role of transformational leadership in achieving the financial performance of banks with statistical significance, and there is an impact relationship of the dimensions of transformational leadership on financial performance, where the strength of the correlation for this dimension was high and strong, nearly 95%.
