دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في رفع الاداء المالي للبنوك التجارية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تعزيز الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية شملت بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية (BNA) - وكالة البيض (726). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للمسؤولية الاجتماعية أثراً واضحاً وملموساً على الأداء المالي في البنوك التجارية من خلال تحقيق أهدافها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، وأن تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية يمثل خياراً أفضل وحافزاً مهماً لرفع مستوى الأداء المالي لهذه البنوك.

This study aims to find out the extent of the role of social responsibility in raising the financial performance in Algerian commercial banks, by applying to the BNA Bank and el bayadh agency (726), and the study found that social responsibility has a clear and clear impact on the financial performance in commercial banks by achieving its economic, social and environmental goals, and that the adoption of social responsibility represents a better option and an important incentive to raise the financial performance of Algerian commercial banks.
