دور الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تحقيق الإبداع الإداريلمديرية الأشغال العمومية بالبيض ,و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبيان بغرض جمع البيانات المطلوبة وقد اخترنا طريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة لتحديد أفراد عينة حيث تكونت هذه العينة من (70)فرد ,و بعد جمع الاستبيانات الموزعة و تحليل البيانات التي تضمنتها و معالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS) تحصلنا على معلومات تفيد بأن هناك ارتباط موجب معنوي بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري و الإبداع الإداري ,كما تضمنت أيضا علاقة جامعة بين أبعاد الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري تمثلت في الاستقطاب ,التدريب ,التحفيز و دورهم في الإبداع الإداري .

This study aims to know the role of investment in human capital in achieving administrative creativity in the Directorate of Public Works in ElBayadh. To achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting the required data. We chose the simple random sampling method to determine the members of the study sample, as this sample consisted of (70) An individual, after collecting the distributed questionnaires, analyzing the data they contained, and processing them using statistical packages software. For Social Sciences (SPSS) We obtained information indicating that there is a positive, significant relationship between investment in human capital and administrative creativity. It also included a comprehensive relationship between the dimensions of investment in human capital, represented by recruitment, training, motivation, and their role in administrative creativity.
