محددات هيكل ديون المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة مقارنة بين مؤسسة حبوب الهضاب العليا – سطيف –مؤسسة دباغة الجلود – جيجل -

Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة معرفة محددات هيكل الديون في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وبالأخص المؤسسات الجزائرية، حيث تعتبر هذه المؤسسات عصب حيويا لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، كما يعتبر الهيكل المالي وتحقيق المزيج الأمثل من ديون وحقوق الملكية من أهم القرارات المالية الحاسمة لها لأن لكل مصدر من مصادر التمويل تكلفته الخاصة به، وتتجلى تكلفة الديون فيما يطلبه المستدينون، وتكلفة حقوق الملكية فيما يطلبه المساهمونكما قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بقيام بمقارنة بين مؤسستين متمثلتين في مؤسسة حبوب الهضاب العليا -سطيف- و مؤسسة دباغة الجلود – جيجل-و توصلنا الى اعتماد المؤسستين على قروض طويلة الأجل و تحقيقهما للتوازن المالي.

This study aims to determine the debt structure determinants in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), specifically Algerian enterprises. These enterprises are considered a vital component for achieving economic development. The financial structure and achieving the optimal mix of debt and equity are among the most critical financial decisions for these enterprises, as each source of financing has its own cost. The cost of debt is reflected in what lenders require, and the cost of equity is reflected in what shareholders demand. Through this study, we conducted a comparison between two enterprises: "Houboub El Hidab" in Sétif and "Leather Tannery" in Jijel. We found that both enterprises rely on long-term loans and achieve financial balance.
