مساهمة استخدام لوحة القيادة في تقييم الأداء المالي المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث قمنا بدراسة نظرية معتمدين فيها للنهج الوصفي التحليلي في استعراض الأدبيات النظرية المتعلقة بلوحة القيادة والأداء المالي، مرورا ببعض الدراسات السابقة حسب طريقة IMRAD ، ثم دراسة تطبيقية وذلك بتحليل احصائي لآراء عينة مكونة من 50 فردا من الأكاديميين والمهنيين المتخصصين في مجال المالية لمدينة البيض، وقد تم جمع البيانات الأولية للدراسة عن طريق استبيان إلكتروني مستخدمين في تحليلها على برنامج SPSS v26 حيث توصلنا في دراستنا إلى أن لوحة القيادة تلعب دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي.

This study aims to identify the role of the dashboard in improving the financial performance of the economic institution, where we have studied a theory adopting the descriptive analytical approach in reviewing the theoretical literature related to the dashboard and financial performance, passing through some previous studies according to the IMRAD method, then an applied study with a statistical analysis of opinions A sample of 50 academics and professionals specialized in the field of finance from El Bayadh city. The primary data for the study were collected by means of an electronic questionnaire used to be analyzed on the SPSS v26 program. In our study, we concluded that the dashboard plays a major role in improving financial performance.
