Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية، انطلاقا من إشكالية مفادها ما مدى أهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية؟ حيث تم الاعتماد في معالجة هذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إضافة إلى الاعتماد على أدوات وإجراءات ساعدتنا في الوصول إلى نتائج البحث، والمتمثلة في استبانة صممت لجمع مختلف البيانات حول موضوع الدراسة، تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة البحث التي قدرت ب 60موظفا، ولمعالجة هذه البيانات تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ،spss v:27وخلصت الدراسة إلى: وجود أثر ذو دلالة لإدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية.

The study aims to find out the importance of Human Resources Management in improving the quality of public service, based on the problem that how important is human resources management in improving the quality of Public Service In order to address this issue, the analytical descriptive approach was relied on, in addition to relying on tools and procedures that helped us reach the research results, represented by a questionnaire designed to collect various data on the subject of the study, the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample estimated at 60 employees, and to process these data, the statistical packages program for Social Sciences 27:spss v was used, and the study concluded that: The presence of a significant impact of Human Resources Management in improving the quality of Public Service.
