Abstract

نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور المحوري والهام للميزانية التقديرية في الإدارة المؤسسية، وذلك في ضوء التخطيط والرقابة الناجمين عنها. وتأكيدًا لذلك، قمنا بدراسة هذه المسألة على مستوى إدارة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز في البيض. وتؤكد النتائج أن مستوى الأداء يتحدد بمدى صحة إعداد الميزانيات التقديرية، أي وفقًا للتخطيط الجيد والرقابة الفعالة..

Through our study, we seek to highlight the pivotal andimportant role of the discretionary budget in institutionalmanagement in the light of the planning and oversight thatcomes from it. And as a confirmation of that ,we have investigated in the issueat the level of El-Bayadh electricity and gas disribition epartment. The results confirm that the level of perfomance is determined by the extent of correct preparation of estimed budgets, i.e. according to good planning and effective control.
